Due to Covid-19, unfortunately the annual St Helen’s Summer Fair will not be running. Together with the Friends of St Helen’s, we’ve come up with a way for families, friends, neighbours and relations to support the work of the school, by buying a book or two from our wishlists below. The teachers have come up with a list of books that they would love to have in their new book corners for September. These books cover reading for pleasure, but also some will support our global curriculum and so contain books that tackle issues such as identity, diversity and the environment too.
You might want to buy a book for the class that your child/ren will be in next year, or a book for the class that they are in this year, or just go for a book that you like the look of!
The office staff have created a ‘wishlist’ of equipment that we will be needing for the next academic year and Miss Kitching and Jo Bushell, our artist in residence have created a ‘wishlist’ of some art supplies that would enable us to continue developing Art in school next year.
How does it work?
1. Click on the wishlist below that you want to browse
2. Select a book/item and add it to your basket in the normal way you would on Amazon
3. Purchase the book, ensuring that the delivery address says ‘Wish List’s Gift Registry Address’. If this isn’t an option, please put in the school address.
4. The book will be delivered to school, checked off the list for audit purposes and will be passed onto the appropriate classroom for September.
If you have any queries, please do speak to our office team, who will be happy to help.
Thanks in advance for your support!
